Wondrinn Inc. ("Wondrinn", "we") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what little we collect and why.
Wondrinn Inc. is a Canadian company that designs coaching engagements and immersive experiences. For anything privacy-related, contact us at hello@wondrinn.com.
This website runs no analytics and sets no cookies unless you choose to allow one marketing cookie, described under Cookies below. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own server.
The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us: through the contact form, the waitlist, a Wayfinder application or discovery profile, or by email.
Solely to reply to you and, if we work together, to serve that relationship. We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own purposes, and we don't add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
If you join the Wayfinder waitlist, we use your email address to send occasional updates about the program and to invite you when applications open. Nothing else. Every message includes a way to opt out, and one email to hello@wondrinn.com removes you immediately.
If you apply for Wayfinder, we ask about your work, your current transition, what you can commit to, and, if you choose to share it, your health and wellbeing. We ask the health questions only so we can look after you properly and decide together whether coaching is right for you now. Because this is sensitive information, we collect it only with your explicit consent, which you give on the final screen and can withdraw at any time.
Your application, and the deeper discovery profile you complete if you join, are read only by our two coaches, Zamir Janmohamed and Rahim Moosa. We never share them, including with an employer who may be funding your place, unless you tell us in writing that we may.
Saving your progress. While you fill in a form, your answers are saved in your own browser's storage on your device, so you can pause and return. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us until you press submit. It is cleared as soon as you submit, expires after 30 days, and you can clear it at any time with "Start again". If you are using a shared computer, we suggest submitting in one sitting or choosing "Start again" before you leave.
Contact, waitlist and application submissions are delivered securely to our inbox via Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that transmits your message and does not use it for any other purpose. Their privacy policy is at web3forms.com/privacy. A copy of each Wayfinder application and discovery profile is also kept in a private Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account, which only our two coaches can open, so we can track each application in one place. It follows the same retention periods set out below. If you prefer, you can always email us directly instead.
With your permission, we use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code from Meta Platforms (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). It sets a cookie that tells us which of our posts and ads bring people to this site, and lets us show our posts to people who have visited. It records which pages you visit and whether an application was submitted. It never receives anything you type into our forms: no names, email addresses or answers.
The Meta Pixel loads only if you click Accept on the cookie notice. If you click Decline, or ignore the notice, it never loads. It never runs on the Wayfinder discovery profile. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the foot of every page; declining removes the cookie. Meta's own use of this data is described in Meta's Privacy Policy.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's storage for 12 months, so we don't ask you on every page.
Your messages live in our email as ordinary correspondence. If you'd like them deleted, ask and we will.
If you apply for Wayfinder and do not join, we delete your application within 12 months. If you join, we keep your application and discovery profile for the length of the program and 12 months afterwards, then delete them. Health information shared for the immersion is deleted within 90 days of it ending.
Wherever you are, we extend the same rights: you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. One email to hello@wondrinn.com does it. You may also withdraw any consent you have given, and you have the right to complain to a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the data protection authority where you live.
This site is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider, which maintains standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operations, as virtually all web hosts do. These logs are not used by us to identify visitors.
